This is a Sourdough Style bread. It does have dehydrated sourdough starter in the mix, but it also includes yeast since it is not an active starter. This is a complete mix, just add water. This can be baked in the bread machine for 1.5- or 2-pound loaf, or you can make in on the dough setting for baking in your own oven.
